Easy lose weight !

So .. How ?? Everyone is asking .. Simple ..
My advice to lose weight is every night before going to sleep drink 1 L
of water  with some vitamins (Berocca for example ) and just go to sleep !
 I have noticed that it
work like a magic . And every 2 weeks or so eat lots of Asparagus !
 Works wonders !
That`s the way to lose weight fast and don`t feel very hungry as well !
